We at Yaballe (“Yaballe”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”) have created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) to demonstrate Our commitment to your privacy. The following Privacy Policy discloses Our information gathering and dissemination practices. Our website (“Website”) and any mobile or web application operated by Us , if at all, shall be jointly referred to herein as the “Service”, unless expressly specified otherwise. The Yaballe Terms of Use (“Terms”) incorporate and include this Privacy Policy , which form an integral and inseparable part thereof. The Terms are incorporated herein by reference. Terms in this Privacy Policy appearing in the singular form shall include the plural form, and vice versa, and terms appearing in the masculine, feminine or neuter forms shall include all other forms, unless expressly set forth otherwise.
By joining Yaballe, or applying to any of the Services offered through the Service, you voluntarily and willingly provide Us certain information, including personally identifiable information or details which We collect in order to provide the Service, and you expressly consent to Our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described under this Privacy Policy.
1. Information Collected
We collect your personal information in the following ways:
1.1. Registration
In order to join Yaballe or apply to any of the Services (become a User), you may be required to provide Us with information such as your name and e-mail address and billing information. You may also be required to choose a password. Like other passwords, you should choose one that is known only by you. If you share your password with any third party for any reason, such third party will be granted access to your account and to your personal information, and you shall be held responsible for any actions taken by such third party. Please contact Us immediately if you believe your password was discovered, hacked, or otherwise obtained by any third party unauthorized to do so.
We may request other and/or additional information from you during the registration process that We use in an attempt to provide you with a better user experience, to improve the value and quality of the Service, and to analyze how the Service is used. Yaballe may use contact information provided by Users for marketing purposes. For example, Yaballe may use information You provide to contact you to further discuss your interest in the Services and to send you information regarding Yaballe, its affiliates, and its partners, such as information about additional applications.
Yaballe shall not provide personally identifiable information or details to any third party ad network, if such will be available.
1.8 Third Party Sources
We may receive information from third party vendors and/or other commercially and/or publicly available sources, such as:
(a) Third party vendors who provide Us data to supplement the information We collect about you, in accordance with applicable laws. For example, We may receive fraud and security warnings from service providers for Our fraud prevention and risk assessment efforts. We may also receive information about you from enrichment service providers to enhance and personalize your experience.
(b) If you link, connect, or login to your account with a third-party service (e.g., Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), We may receive certain information, such as your registration and profile information from that service.
We may combine your personal information with information We collect automatically or obtain from other companies and use it for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy.
1.9 App’s use of information received, and App’s transfer of information to any other app, from Google APIs will adhere to Google’s Limited Use Requirements.
1.10. Internet Communications Standards
Due to the communications standards on the Internet, when you visit the Website We automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came and the site to which you are going when you leave the Website. Additionally, advertisers receive the URL of the page you were on when you click on an ad on the Website. We also receive the internet protocol (“IP”) address of your computer (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), your computer’s operating system and type of web browser you are using, e-mail patterns, your mobile device (including your UDID) and mobile operating system (if you are accessing the App), as well as the name of your ISP or your mobile carrier and certain additional information. We do not share the link between your IP address and your personally identifiable information or details with third parties without your permission, except as specifically provided otherwise herein.
1.11. reCAPTCHA
This Service is protected by reCAPTCHA. Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply with respect to data collected by reCAPTCHA. The use of Google reCAPTCHA is required in order to prevent fraud and misuse of the Service by use of automated machines.
2. Rights to Access, Correct, and Delete Information About You
You may review, update, correct, or delete any personal information by changing the applicable information on your profile page. If you completely delete all of this information, your account may be deactivated. We take steps to ensure that the personal information We collect is accurate and up to date, and We provide you with the opportunity to update your information through your account profile settings. In the event that you believe your information is in any way incorrect or inaccurate, please let Us know immediately. 4.1. Consent to Yaballe Processing Information About You
By providing personal information to Us for the purposes of creating your User account or adding any additional details to your profile, you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and the Terms that allow Us to process information about you. You further grant Us a license to all your User Content as set forth under the Terms. You have the right to withdraw your consent to Our collection and processing of your information at any time, in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and the Terms by deactivating your account, but please note that your withdrawal of consent will not be retroactive.

(e) For Website Integrity and Security: We use personal information to monitor, track and prevent illegal, fraudulent and inappropriate activities, monitor content integrity, conduct security investigations and risk assessments, verify or authenticate information provided by you, investigate reports and complaints about users, enforce Our Terms and comply with applicable laws. We may also use automated processing to achieve these objectives. In certain cases, if We detect activity that We think poses a risk to the Website, other users, Our community, or third parties We may restrict or limit your ability to use the Services.

We may disclose your personal information to third parties who perform services for us. Those third parties shall have access to a limited portion of your information only as necessary to perform their functions, and for no other purposes.
6. Compliance with Legal Process
It is possible that We may need to disclose personal information and details, profile information and/or information about your use of the Service when required by subpoena or other legal process, or if We have a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to (a) investigate, prevent or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities or to assist government enforcement agencies; (b) to enforce the this Privacy Policy and the Terms, to investigate and defend ourselves against any third party claims or allegations, or to protect the security or integrity of Our Services; and/or (c) to exercise or protect the rights, property or personal safety of Yaballe, Users, employees, or others.

If you do not agree to be bound by all the provisions of any revised version of this Privacy Policy, you should close your account (no penalty shall apply to you if you’ll choose to close your account for this reason).
