- How are selling prices calculated?Selling prices are calculated using our auto rules, which enable you to control profit margins by raising listing prices (in dollars or by percentage) or lowering them when products aren't selling.
- Which suppliers does Yaballe work with?Yaballe works with Amazon and AliExpress, Walmart, Home Depot, Costway, Etsy, Costco, Best Buy, Sam's Club, WayFair, and Overstock & Lowe's for eBay.com, and CDiscount.com for eBay France.
- How do I open a non-API account on Yaballe and how does it work?Opening a non-API account on Yaballe takes just a few minutes. Sign up to Yaballe, choose eBay site, then select Yaballe non-API in the account setup. A non-API connection allows you to list items from Amazon, Walmart & AliExpress to your eBay account without giving any program access to your eBay account.
- What should my Break-Even include?eBay selling/subscription fees, payment/credit-card fees, average supplier taxes, promotions, labor buffers - anything that eats into margin.
- Can I mix $ and % profit?Yes. Most sellers pick one as the primary mode for simplicity. Auto-rules also support both $ and %.
- Will Profit-by-Price-Range change my existing listings?It affects future listings. For existing items, adjust on the Monitor page using Filters + Bulk Operations buttons.
- What about After-Sale Raise and Unsold-Items Drop – any limits?You set the start trigger (X sales / Y unsold days), step size ($ or %), and a max cap/floor. These features are available on higher-tier plans
- Do profits display differently in API vs Non-API?You’ll see Estimated Profit pre-fulfillment either way. Final Profit differs because eBay’s Non-API doesn’t return fees - so include them in Break-Even.
- Which connection should I use – API or Non-API?Both are supported. Many new stores choose Fully-automatic Non-API for easier ramp and traffic; established stores often stick with API. You can migrate with guidance.
- Can I bulk-edit profit/breakeven later?Yes - filter by performance, age, or price and apply updates in bulk in seconds.
