1. VeRO Strictness Controls (Existing Feature)
Choose how aggressively you want to filter VeRO-protected brands. The system can check brand names in product titles, brand fields, item descriptions, and category information.
You control the strictness level based on your risk tolerance and business model. Most sellers benefit from enabling brand-level filtering at a minimum to catch the most common violations.
2. Remove Keywords ✨ NEW
Take direct control by specifying exact keywords you want removed from titles and descriptions. The filter is case-insensitive, so you only need to add each term once.
This powerful new feature is perfect for filtering out problematic content like:
- Marketplace references (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) that violate eBay policies
- Words hinting at contact details or off-platform communication
- Terms that trigger eBay’s prohibited items policies
- Words related to authentication or health claims
- Language that violates specific category rules
How it works: The system removes entire phrases (whatever appears between two commas), not just individual words. This ensures clean, policy-compliant listings while maintaining readability.
Why this matters: Previously, you could only block items containing certain keywords. Now you can keep the listing but automatically clean the problematic language-perfect for borderline cases where the product is compliant but the description needs refinement.
3. Auto-Remove Source Brand Names (Existing Feature)
For Amazon-sourced products, this feature automatically strips the brand name from titles and descriptions before listing and also allows you to avoid spending precious characters on sometimes meaningless brand names.
4. Auto-Replace Brand with “Does Not Apply” ✨ NEW
Instead of listing the actual brand name in eBay’s brand field, automatically populate it with “Does not apply.” This keeps your listings compliant while maintaining a professional presentation.
Perfect for sellers who want to avoid brand-related VeRO claims entirely while still maintaining complete, policy-compliant listings. Especially valuable when selling unbranded or generic items where brand attribution isn’t necessary.
Why this matters: Even when you remove brand names from titles and descriptions, the brand field itself can trigger violations. This feature closes that gap automatically.
5. Block by Keywords ✨ NEW
Go beyond just removing words-actually prevent products from being listed at all if they contain specific keywords. You can apply blocking filters to:
- Brand names
- Product titles
- Descriptions
- Categories (if the category name appears in product data)
This is your preventive shield. If certain brands or product types consistently cause problems, add them here and they’ll never make it into your inventory.
6. Block by ASIN ✨ NEW
Maintain a blocklist of specific Amazon ASINs that you never want listed. Through years of supporting eBay dropshippers, we know certain products consistently cause issues-whether through VeRO claims, customer complaints, or fulfillment problems.
Add problematic ASINs here once, and they’re permanently blocked from your listing workflow.
Why this matters: Not every problem product is caught by brand or keyword filters. Some specific items-particular models, variations, or SKUs-are trouble regardless of how they’re described. This feature gives you surgical precision to eliminate those exact products.

Auto-Lister (Single Item Listing)
The system performs a real-time check and displays clear, bold-red warnings for VeRO, ASIN, or keyword concerns. Since you are actively listing, the final decision remains yours, allowing you to proceed with modifications, skip the item, or choose to override the warning if appropriate.
This gives you visibility and control when listing individual products through the Auto-Lister.
Bulk Lister (High-Volume Scaling)
Designed for high-volume uploads (up to 10,000 ASINs), the system automatically blocks any non-compliant products. This ensures a clean upload without the need for manual review of every single item.

Post-Listing: Bulk Scanning
