I’m a Product Operations Manager at Yaballe, focused on improving the experience of eCommerce and dropshipping sellers through better workflows, automations, and AI-driven tools. Before moving into product, I spent about eight years leading Yaballe’s support team, working closely with users and R&D while building a deep understanding of real operational challenges in dropshipping. I also have hands-on experience as a former dropshipper, which strongly shapes how I think about product decisions and user needs. With a background in visual communication (B.Des from Bezalel Academy of Art & Design), I focus on clarity, simplicity, and making complex systems easier to use.
